For the third year in a row, Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) is helping Angel Charity For Children, Inc. raise money for children’s charities in Pima County. 100% of the proceeds will go to this year’s recipients; The Boys and Girls Club of Tucson, Children’s Museum Tucson and Therapeutic Riding of Tucson (TROT). Angel Charity has committed to raise $777,895 for this year’s beneficiaries.
Funds raised will support a full renovation of the Roy Drachman Clubhouse for The Boys & Girls Club, the design and creation of the Investigation Station, a new hands-on interactive exhibit for the Children’s Museum Tucson that is focused on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. TROT will expand its TROT TOTS Therapy Clinic to provide early intervention therapies for special needs 2-6 years old with physical and cognitive impairments.
The golf benefit is being held on September 16, 2011 at one of America’s top 100 golf courses, The Stone Canyon Club located in Oro Valley, Arizona. Registration begins at 11:45 a.m. with a shot gun start at 1 p.m. The tournament will be a fun filled day with poker golf, a raffle and a hole in one contest for a luxury vehicle sponsored by Royal Automotive.

Angel Charity is a non-profit organization founded in 1982 whose mission is to improve the lives of the children in Pima County.
