ATLANTA, GA – Atlanta based Business Golf International (BGI) today announced that Salt Lake City based Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) has engaged BGI to develop and execute a series of premier level golf events to raise awareness of the life-saving work being done by the more than 170 CMNH affiliates across the United States and Canada. These golf and social events will also serve as fundraisers to provide dollars to fund essential patient programs and services provided by member hospitals.
The series has been named the CMNH National Championship Series and will comprise of ten one-day golf tournaments preceded at each by an evening reception/dinner in ten US markets in 2016. An eleventh, “championship” golf tournament, will take place after the series is completed in the fall and is tentatively slated for Pebble Beach Links near Carmel, CA.
BGI’s founder and CEO and PGA member, John W. Boykin stated, “We at BGI are honored to have been selected by CMNH to partner with them and their amazing hospitals to create the National Championship Series”. John went on to add, “Over the past six years our work with one of the largest charities in America to enhance their existing golf events and create new high-income level participant elite golf events has clearly made us the experts in charity golf”.

About Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals- Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $5 billion—most of it $1 at a time—for 170 children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada, which, in turn, use the money where it’s needed the most. These donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible. Their mission; we increase funds and awareness for local children’s hospitals. Their vision, together we save kids’ lives. Right now there’s a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital working to save the lives of kids in your community. In fact, 62 children enter a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for treatment every minute — that’s one child every second. Regardless of why the kids are there, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals always have their doors open.
